2.   Do not eat carelessly - One of the causes of body odor also started eating food unhealthy junk food like processed foods , because these foods contain a lot of salt , sugar , flour , excessive oil and so on .

3.   Wear an anti-bacterial soap - When bathing wear anti- bacterial soaps contain , in addition to a body cleanser , anti- bacterial soap can eradicate bacteria that attach to the body and especially in the armpits .

4.   Keep your closet - Wardrobe is a place for our everyday clothes , if we clean the cabinets bacteria will not multiply in your clothes , and therefore keep cleaning your closet . If necessary put a deodorizer in your wardrobe that you dress when you wear fragrance.

5.   Dry the body after a shower - after showering dry your body with a towel dry as possible , because if you dry the body the bacteria are not easily attached to your body .

6.   Mix honey in food - one other way is to mix a few teaspoons of honey in the food you want to consume . Could be on the bread , the fruit , because honey can balance the hormones in your body .

7.   Tomatoes soak with water - one of the ways is quite unique , namely tomatoes soak with water for 15 minutes . Usually this is used for pets from disturbing body odor , but there is no harm if we try .
