How to Lose Weight , Have a healthy body is the dream of every person , but have less body fat and abdominal fat or slim , this is certainly not our desire . Moreover, if we are a woman , have body fat and lean not definitely not going to make our lives peaceful .

5.   Eat More Often - Eat five small meals a day will help your metabolism and help you lose weight . By eating smaller meals more often will make you not feel hungry so preventing hunger and the desire to overeat .

6.   Emphasis on eating Fruits and Vegetables - If you seriously want to lose weight in a week , one way to do other than the above is the increased emphasis on eating fruits and vegetables .

7.   Drink Before Dinner - Did you drink water 5-10 minutes before a meal can reduce hunger ? Drinking water before meals and you will be able to reduce the size of the meal . With emphasis on drinking water can also help boost your metabolism .

8.  Avoid fried foods - fried has the potential to increase the storage of fat and cholesterol cause excessive accumulation of fat in the body . Therefore should avoid fried foods and processed foods that begin with the consumption of boiled , baked , spiced , steamed or soup .
